Quality Control Framework
At Omkar Chemical Industries, quality assurance is integrated into every step of our formulation and contract manufacturing operations.
Our in-house analytical testing laboratory evaluates technical active ingredients, emulsifiers, solvents, in-process formulation samples, and finished packaging containers before dispatch.
We maintain strict batch records and issue official Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for every completed batch to ensure compliance with technical parameters.
Comprehensive Quality Verification Stages
Standard analytical procedures implemented throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
1. Raw Material Testing
Incoming active ingredients, technical grade materials, emulsifiers, solvents, and inert carriers are sampled and verified for purity, moisture, pH, and specific gravity before line entry.
2. In-Process Quality Checks
During SC bead milling, EC emulsion blending, or WP pulverization, periodic samples are tested for dispersion, homogenity, particle size, and viscosity to maintain batch consistency.
3. Finished Product Analysis
Completed batches are thoroughly analyzed for active content percentage, emulsion stability, wettability, suspensibility, pH, and specific gravity prior to filling approval.
4. Laboratory Formulation Trials
Pilot laboratory formulations are conducted to evaluate emulsifier compatibility, solvent behavior, and physical suspension characteristics for custom client recipes.
5. COA & Batch Traceability
Detailed batch records, retention sample storage, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation accompany every dispatched shipment for complete commercial transparency.
6. Stability & Container Integrity
Checking bottle caps, induction seals, pouch heat-sealing, and label accuracy to ensure product containment during transit and storage.
